VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT “Rest Awhile” 2337 Courtney Lane Sevierville, TN WIFI: 2337shaver Agreement Guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to reserve a unit. Amy and Rickey Shaver (the "Owner") and the Tenant agree as follows: Above Tenant is an adult and will be the occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories, resulting in immediate vacation of the property without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult. Complaints from neighbors regarding excessive noise may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of the Tenant's entire rent. No house parties are allowed. Fireplace All fireplaces are closed April 1st - September 30th. The fireplace is gas and runs by a timer. Please ensure the timer is turned off before leaving the cabin. Do not rearrange the logs. If the fireplace fails to light, please contact us. We will do everything possible to ensure the fireplace is in top condition, but remember it is a luxury, and no refunds will be given if it is not working. Hot Tub Please remember there are certain health risks associated with using a hot tub. Hot tubs contain bromine tablets. Children under 18, pregnant women, people with heart conditions, and those with sensitive skin should not use the hot tub. We are not responsible for any damage to jewelry or clothing if worn in the hot tub. Housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill, and replenish the hot tub before your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later in the evening. Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover, as it will break, and you will be charged for replacement. Keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use to retain warmth and keep out debris. Shower before entering, as lotions and other substances can mix with chemicals, possibly causing skin irritation. Contact us if the water level is close to the jets. No refunds will be given for hot tub malfunctions. No Smoking in the Unit You may smoke on decks and porches. Evidence of smoking inside the unit will result in a $100.00 additional cleaning fee. Check-In Do not check in at the office. This is a privately owned cabin. Normal check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Early check-in by approval only. Unauthorized early check-ins will be charged for an additional night’s stay. Check-Out Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Late check-out by approval only. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged for an additional night’s stay. Cleaning Each property is inspected, sanitized, and cleaned after departure. Guests are required to leave the property in the same general condition as received and follow departure instructions. Security One Ring Flood Light is facing the driveway for added protection What We Supply The property is fully furnished, including bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and towels.
